When most individuals seek help to reach a health or wellness goal, nutrition and diet is the focus. Although the food you’re eating is important, why you are eating is most important. Figure out your why, then reshape how you both approach and think about foods.

Emotional
Emotional health is often overlooked when striving to reach a wellness goal. However, it is vitally important, and a must when I’m helping clients. Stress, hormones and emotions all effect our body in ways that can effect our weight and food choices.

Physical
Physical health is important for long term health reasons. However, many people tie physical activity to their diet in order to justify certain eating behaviors. This line of thinking can be very detrimental, and learning to separate the two can be life changing.
